Assistant Manager - Central Compliance Services

Work Involved:

You will be a member of the Wealth Management International (WMI) CI Central Compliance Services team located in Guernsey.You will participate in WMI CI Central Compliance Services (CCS) team objective to ensure adequate regulatory and compliance risk management and controls for WMI UK based business consistent with RBC's strategic objectives and risk appetite.

Work collaboratively with other Compliance functional and business stakeholders to effectively manage compliance and reputational risks.

Skills Required:

  • University degree and/or appropriate designations as Compliance Professional

  • Good knowledge and prior work experience within the CI financial regulatory environment

  • Strong understanding of current European regulatory developments impacting the wealth management industry

  • Detailed understanding and awareness of CI Business Codes of Conduct Rules and FI Compliance best practices

  • Understanding and awareness of services provided by private wealth management businesses
