This expansion has led to the requirement for a HR Advisor to join our HR department in the Guernsey office. Working as part of a team based across Guernsey and Jersey, you will provide support across all of Collas Crill's jurisdictions, for both the law firm and Collas Crill Trust. A generalist role, where responsibilities will range from employee relations to system and payroll management. This varied and interesting role is well-suited to a HR professional with strong international experience, knowledge of running payroll, and who enjoys working as part of a team. You will be someone who enjoys working in a interesting role, is self-motivated, and most importantly has superb attention to detail and accuracy, and confidence in dealing with employees at all levels.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who are looking for slightly later working hours, although are open to applications from those looking for a standard working pattern.
