Trainee HR Administrator

 

Work involved

The role is concerned with the day to day HR requirements of an organisation which currently employs over 120 staff over a variety of disciplines in a financial services sector.  The dutes of the role are primarily concerned with supporting the business with resourcing, and the development of staff with consideration for the local and UK legislative environment and best practice.  There is a requirement to also cover reception duties as part of this role, part of the time.

Skills required

No previous HR experience is necessary 

It is essential however that the individual possesses the following attributes - discretion/confidentiality/confident communication/flexibility/adaptability/organisation skills/ability to work on own initiative.

Training available

Full training will be given, candidate will be expected to pursue relevant professional qualifications.

Salary starting £20,000 per annum. 

Hours per week 

36.25 Monday to Friday
