Trainee Captive Administrator


Work involved

As outsourced insurance company managers, we provide the full range of services required by the insurance companies that we manage, including all aspects of insurance (underwriting and claims), risk management, company secretarial services and accounting. You will work closely with brokers, insurers and reinsurers, and will meet senior executives from major UK and international corporations at client company Board meetings and will be involved in all aspects of insurance company management.

Skills required

The successful applicant will be educated to at least A-level, preferably to degree level. Experience is not essential as we will provide training both on the job and by supporting the candidate through the relevant professional exams. The candidate will be numerate, intelligent and will display a hunger for learning, with enthusiasm and drive to progress in the business, resulting in building a career in the industry. 

Training available 

Training will be provided on the job and support with relevant professional exams. 

35 hours per week.
