Book Keeping Administrator
Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Processing supplier invoices, processing payments using online banking, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, reconciling bank statements, entering transactions into the general ledger, filing and scanning.
The successful candidate will have the ability to produce accurate data entry whilst prioritising tasks in order to meet deadlines. Basic understanding of a debit and credit function and understanding of payroll along with willingness to assist colleagues on other related accounting matters is key. Ideally the candidate will have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.
