Duties will include the maintenance of personnel systems and employment documentation. Ensuring all documentation is processed accurately in accordance with the clients' requirements, these include but are not limited to the following: Data inputting, produce and process employment documentation, filing and scanning, maintain accurate and confidential records.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous administrative experience; have good communication skills and enjoy working individually and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach is key for this role. Ideally the candidate will have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.
