Customer Service Administrator (4 Month Temporary Contract)

Work Involved

Working as part of the Customer Services team you will have responsibility for ensuring that all incoming telephone calls, emails and other customer related queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with and followed up as quickly as possible, there will be a requirement to work either a Saturday or Sunday and Public Holidays.

Important Information

  • Pay range is £10.00 per hour
  • On the job training will be provided
  • Full Time (37.5 hours per week (Customer service opening hours are 8:30am - 7:30pm - Mon-Fri and 8:00am - 4:00pm Saturday and Sunday)
