You may have concerns about your future plans because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Careers Guernsey can support you with your ideas for education, employment, university or an apprenticeship through tailored information, advice and guidance either over the phone or by e-mail. We can also arrange a virtual careers interview to discuss your plans face to face and with parents/carers too if you would find that helpful.

Getting the right information and the most up to date information is especially important at this uncertain time and we have put together a resources pack filled with links to help you stay up to date. Your school will be sending this to you or you can download a copy on this page.

We are aware that some students will have missed out on their opportunity to take part in their work experience week. We understand that this may be disappointing after you have worked hard to create CV's and make choices and we are currently looking at options of how we can provide links between you, your schools and employers, to allow opportunities to learn about different sectors in a new and exciting way.

For university students returning for another year of study or for those of you who are just graduating, you may need further information about what those next steps are going to look like now. You can contact a Careers Adviser by phone or email for support.
