Work involved 

Duties will include the maintenance of personnel systems, employment documentation and invoicing and data entry. All tasks are to be processed accurately in accordance with the clients' requirements and tight deadlines, these include but are not limited to the following:
•    Data inputting
•    Produce and process employment documentation
•    Raising invoices and preparing payments
•    Filing and Scanning
•    Maintain accurate and confidential records
•    Answering and fielding of telephone calls


Skills required

Ideally the candidate will have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.

Training available 

Training and development opportunities are available as part of the ongoing staff development programme. 

Hours of work 

37.5hrs per week
