Robus Risk Services (Guernsey)

Robus Group are looking to employ an Administrator:

Work Involved:

Settlement of invoices for general expenses.
Settlement of claims and reinsurance premiums.
Cash book maintenance and Bank reconciliations.
Assistance with the treasury management for clients' cash and investments through liaison with banks.
Supporting the accountant with the preparation of management and statutory accounts.
Assist in planning client Board Meetings and the Board Pack production for clients.
Ensuring client's records are kept orderly, completed and filing is organised and efficient.
Assist in project work as required from time to time.
General office management.

Skills Required:

A team player who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, organised and has a can-do attitude.
Strong time management and organisation skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strives to contribute to the success of the wider Robus Group.

Training Available:
