Robus Risk Services (Guernsey)

Robus Group are looking to employ an Administrator:

Work Involved:

  • Settlement of invoices for general expenses.
  • Settlement of claims and reinsurance premiums.
  • Cash book maintenance and Bank reconciliations.
  • Assistance with the treasury management for clients' cash and investments through liaison with banks.
  • Supporting the accountant with the preparation of management and statutory accounts.
  • Assist in planning client Board Meetings and the Board Pack production for clients.
  • Ensuring client's records are kept orderly, completed and filing is organised and efficient.
  • Assist in project work as required from time to time.
  • General office management.

Skills Required:

  • A team player who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, organised and has a can-do attitude.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strives to contribute to the success of the wider Robus Group.

Training Available:

Robus is committed to training its staff and will support and subsidise the qualification and training for the right individual in their chosen discipline: Accounting, insurance, company secretarial, compliance etc.


Full Time 35 Hours
