Voyonic are looking for self-motivated and driven candidates to join our fast-paced Guernsey office in the following roles: HR & Payroll Administrator, IT Technician and Part-Time Office Support Administrator. 

The main duties for the roles will include but are not limited to the following:

HR & Payroll Administrator

  • Maintenance of personnel and payroll systems.
  • Data input and reconciliation of payrolls.
  • Raising invoices and preparing payments.
  • Produce and process all relevant employee documents.
  • Liaising with Clients and Employees.

IT Technician (temp-perm)

  • Liaising with the Board of Directors on IT matters
  • Driving and overseeing of new system implementation project
  • Liaising with 3rd party IT provider in order to facilitate this project

Part-Time Office Support Administrator (12 hours per week)

  • Data input.
  • Maintenance of office products, stationary and records.
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices.
  • Booking of travel and events.
  • Filing and scanning.

The successful candidates will have at least 2-3 years' previous experience in an office environment; have motivation and drive to achieve positive results whilst also being able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a methodical approach is key.

HR & Payroll Administrator

HR / payroll experience and knowledge of UK or other jurisdictions would be beneficial.

IT Technician

Proficient in Microsoft 365 with an interest in IT system implementation.

Part-Time Office Support Administrator

Previous office administration experience with the ability to adapt to new IT systems.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. An understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.
