Oak Fund Services Limited are recruiting to the role of Trainee Fund Administrator.

Work Involved

To ensure the high service standard we deliver to our clients is consistently maintained we require the post holder to support the fund administration team with various tasks including inputting transactions, maintaining records with double entry bookkeeping, reconciling fund valuations and general administration tasks to ensure the high service standard we deliver to our clients is consistently maintained.

Skills Required
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) with English & Mathematics at Grade C or above
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good organisation and time management skills
Training

We offer on the job training in a modern and growing business with the opportunity to study relevant professional qualifications.
