Work Involved

To co-ordinate the learning and development process including booking, scheduling, and organizing training events, ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.  Monitoring costs of training and report as necessary.  Maintain training records on the LMS system.

Skills Required

Previous administration experience with good organisation and co-ordination skills.  Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner.


Please Note: Guernsey Electricity Ltd will accept applications from school leavers, providing they have good organisation and time management skills, coupled with good written and verbal communication skills.
