Graduate Client Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator

Work Involved:

CRM system oversight - becoming the core system user and adviser
• Advocate for the adoption of the CRM system across the business, including training new users
• Create, analyse and interpret reports that assess the firm's business relationships as well as helping establishing working practices that help to ensure the data integrity
• Identifying and coordinating opportunities for BDO to increase its exposure to targeted industry sectors

Skills and Specific Qualifications Required:

• At least a 2:2 degree in any discipline
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset
• Comfortable working with data and building reports
• Confident communicator with the potential to train and upskill others
• Influencing skills to support the adoption of best practice
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality

Although this role is aimed at a graduate, we would welcome CV's from school leavers who have a stronger academic background.

Working Hours and Pattern:

36.25 hours per week.
