Hire Sales Assistant

SGB Hire

Work involved 

  • Operate the company's computer systems (full training provided)
  • Receive Goods Inwards (full training provided)
  • Handle daily enquiries and orders in accordance with company procedures and customer expectations
  • Support the sales / hire and operational teams.
  • Maintain Shop stock levels and keep all sales areas clean, presentable and inviting
  • Maintain the positive, helpful and friendly culture of the branch team
  • Informally monitor shelf stock and report significant sales movements to the management team
  • Operate the Sanitary Waste removal processing vehicle (Full Training Provided)
  • Deliver / collect items from site.

Skills and qualities required

  • Car Driving License - Essential
  • Willingness to apply oneself
  • Must be energetic; robust and determined with a positive, enabling outlook
  • Excellent Team Player
  • Friendly and supportive
  • Positive approach in working environment

Training available

In house with Hire computer system,
Fork lift licence,
PAT testing

Working hours

40 hours per week, will also look at flexible hours/ part time.
Monday - Friday.
